We provide professional services focusing on strategy development and execution, IT transformation, business process improvement, program management, research and development, risk management, financial management, and training. Lonnie McBride
Founder and CEO of McBride International

Lonnie is a seasoned leader and management consultant with 14+ years of professional services experience, including 6+ years in the Big 4 (KPMG & Deloitte). His extensive clientele includes Federal and local Government entities and Fortune 500 companies.  He specializes in: Business Process Optimization, Finance & Accounting Transformation, Human Capital Management / HR Technology and Project Management.  He attended the University of LaVerne for undergraduate school and both Johns Hopkins University and Georgetown University for graduate studies.  He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).  Having proudly served for many years in the United States Air Force (Active & Reserve), Lonnie is passionate about continuing his service as a civilian by mentoring and coaching transitioning service members that are interested in becoming entrepreneurs, management consultants and / or technologists.  His military service included overseas deployments, with Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) as the most recent. He was also honored to be nominated by the 459th Air Refueling Wing to the Secretary of the Air Force for the Airman's Medal by risking his life to save others.

Daniel Obermeier

Managing Director and Public Sector Leader

Dan has more than 17 years of work experience including over 12 years of consulting experience. Dan’s experience includes business process improvement, capital planning, project portfolio optimization, real property, and project management solutions for U.S. Federal government clients. Prior to joining McBride, Dan served as a Manager with Guidehouse LLP (formerly PwC Public Sector) focusing on public sector projects. In 2016 and 2017, Dan led PwC’s support of an international multilateral organization in Brussels, Belgium, which included multiple projects focused on project management and organizational change. Dan is a graduate of Davidson College and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
